The people who reach out are looking for garage and concrete floor coating, and many own older houses with floors that need a careful hand. If you run your own coating business, joining the network can put those requests in front of you.

Who Fits the Network

The network is built for independent contractors. A good fit looks like this:

• You run your own business and do your own work.
• You coat garages, basements, porches or other concrete slabs.
• You serve homeowners in or near the Chicago area.
• You are comfortable with older floors, including patched cracks and aging concrete.
• You explain your plan in plain words.

Experience with epoxy garage floors, concrete coating and custom floor finishes is a plus.

What Is Expected

Homeowners are trusting the network to point them somewhere sensible. So providers are asked to:

• Look at the floor before quoting.
• Give quotes in writing.
• Be honest about what the job needs and what it costs.
• Return homeowner calls and requests politely.
• Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires for your trade.
