Stopscatch Floor Coating is a referral service. It connects homeowners with independent local providers who coat garage, basement and other concrete floors. That is the whole job. It is not a coating company, and it does not send out workers.
Finding someone to look at a tired floor can be a slog. You search, read, compare and wait. Then you wonder if the person you found even does the kind of work you need. This service exists to cut that down. Less searching, more answers.
Older homes have stories in their floors. Patched cracks, aging concrete, old paint and sealers, and the occasional hidden surprise. Special care matters there. So the service pays attention to what an older slab may need, and it points you toward providers who are used to that kind of floor.
You send a request or request a callback to check provider availability. You share a little about your floor: where it is, how big it is, and what bothers you. Then the request goes to a provider in the network who serves your area. That provider reaches out to talk details and to give you a written quote.
Providers in the network are independent businesses. They are expected to be clear about what they plan to do, to look at the floor before they quote, and to explain their price in writing. Whether you hire one is up to you.
It does not coat floors, prep concrete or visit your home. It does not set prices, and it does not make promises for the provider. Any contract is between you and the provider. If you are also thinking about something like hardwood flooring installation inside the house, know that this network focuses on concrete surfaces.
Providers in the network may pay for the homeowner calls and requests they receive. You do not pay Stopscatch Floor Coating to send a request, and there is no obligation to hire anyone.
Take your time. When you want a next step, send a request and see what a local provider says.
